Sciences Po Online, new apllication sessions

French University Sciences Po launches numerical peadagogy in providing online courses, french and english, on the FUN and Coursera numerical platforms.

FUN (France Université Numérique) is a MOOC platform (Massive Open Online Courses) granting online courses from french higher education universities, as well as their international associates. Launched in October 2013 by the French Ministry for Higher Education and Research, this initiative aims at uniting the projects of french universities in order to give them international visibility an dinsight, and thus will allow everyone to access a variety of valuable courses wherever in the world.

Every course on Fun or Coursera are conceived by certified academics and professors from multiple french universities and their international academic partners. The students and web users can follow these lectures, each at his own pace, and in a more interactive way.

New application sessions and deadlines for some courses will be soon available:

- June 1st, 2015 - L'Espace mondial / Global Area, in english on the Coursera platform, ensured by Bertrand Badie, Sciences Po professor

- June 15th, 2015, Humanités Scientifiques / Scientific humanities, in english on the Coursera platform, ensured by Bruno Latour, Sciences Po professor

- July 2015, Enjeux socio-politiques et numérique, in french on FUN platform, proposed by Dominique Bouillier, sociologist and Sciences Po professor

- September 2015, Cities are back in town, in english on Coursera platform, proposed by Patrick le Galès, CNRS researcher and Sciences Po professor.

The course catalogue of available courses will continually grow of a variety of formations repsoànding to the need of everyone.
